Pravin Bhagwat Pravin Bhagwat is a wireless networking pioneer and an accomplished researcher. He brings 13 years of leading edge research and development experience in wireless and mobile networking and leads technology development and research at AirTight Networks.
Della Lowe Della Lowe is a two time Emmy Award winning broadcast news journalist who spent many years at ABC News in New York. At AirTight, Della leads the marketing team and is responsible for marketing programs, internal and external corporate communications and public relations.
Mike Baglietto Mike Baglietto is responsible for product marketing at AirTight and oversees the inside sales team and lead generation. He is a veteran of the Silicon Valley high tech industry with 20 years of experience in product marketing, sales and technical account management.
Anthony Paladino Anthony Paladino is Vice President, Global Technical Services. He is technical customer liaison and is responsible for oversight and planning of all large AirTight product installations. He has over 15 years experience in technical sales management, operations management, and product strategy.
Hemant Chaskar Hemant Chaskar is Vice President for Technology and Innovation at AirTight. He oversees R&D, product strategy, and intellectual property. He also performs roles in technical marketing, business development, and various customer facing activities. Hemant has more than 13 years of experience in the networking, wireless, and security industry, and holds several patents in these technology areas. He holds Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Kaustubh Phanse Kaustubh Phanse joined AirTight as the Principal Wireless Architect in 2007 before growing into the role of Chief Evangelist. He brings over 10 years of R&D experience in the fields of computer networks, wireless communication and mobile computing.
Kaustubh Phanse Jatin Parekh is Director of Product Management with AirTight Networks and has been in the field of wireless security for more than 7 years. Jatin’s 19 years of product management experience spans banking, finance and multiple technology startups.
Deepak Gupta Deepak Gupta is the Director of Product Architecture at AirTight Networks. He brings a unique blend of academic research and product engineering experience. Prior to joining AirTight, Deepak was an Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department at IIT Kanpur. He holds BTech and PhD degrees in Computer Science, both from IIT Kanpur.
KN Gopinath K N Gopinath (Gopi) has more than a decade of experience that spans across multiple domains – systems, networks and security. His core competencies include technology innovation, product engineering and team building. As the Director of Engineering at AirTight, he drives the delivery of the wireless security products in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment. Gopi has several patents and technical publications to his credit.
Lina Arseneault Lina Arseneault is an Integrated Social Media Specialist and Senior Director of Marketing at AirTight Networks. Originally from Canada, Lina is a Silicon Valley marketing executive with a proven track record for results. UOttawa MBA and Women Unlimited Leadership Program Graduate. Recognized by her peers as “the woman most likely to appear on the cover of a national publication heralding the Most Successful Women in business”.
